Returns

We want you to be pleased with your purchase from Darilynn's.   So, if you need to return or exchange your order, please follow the guidelines below.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at 781-383-1002 or by email at info@darilynns.com. Please save the shipping box and all packing materials, as UPS or USPS may require an inspection to process a claim.

If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased online, we are happy to do so within 14 days after you have received your order.

All returns and exchanges must have an RA, Return Authorization. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.  All items to be returned or exchanged must be received by Darilynn's in original condition and packaging. Please allow 2-3 weeks to process your return or exchange.

The customer is responsible for paying shipping charges on merchandise being returned or exchanged. We highly recommend that you insure your package for your protection. Original shipping charges are not refundable on orders we shipped correctly. If we made an error, we will be happy to refund the appropriate shipping charges.

To Exchange - please fill out the form below and let us know that you would like an exchange and which item you would like instead. We will send you an RA, RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Be sure to pack the item(s) securely and include the RA form and original packing slip inside the package. Once we receive your return in house, we will notify PAYPAL to credit the charge card you used for your purchase for the returned item(s). You will receive an invoice from PAYPAL for the new item(s) you have chosen. When we receive notification from PAYPAL that you’ve paid the invoice, we will ship out your replacement item right away, provided it is in stock. We will notify you via email should an item be backordered. Please note that PAYPAL will handle all of your credit card information securely. We will not see your credit card information at any time during the purchase or exchange process.

To Return - please fill out the form below and indicate the item(s) you wish to return. We will send you an RA, RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Be sure to pack your return securely and include the RA form and your original packing slip inside the package. Once we receive your return in house, we will notify PAYPAL to refund the credit card you used to make the purchase. We will not see your credit card information at any time during the purchase or return process.

Please note that we will issue a store credit only for any items purchased with a gift certificate or for a gift you received that is accompanied by a gift receipt.

Monogrammed or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

You may return online purchases to our store accompanied by a sales or gift receipt. Unfortunately, items without a sales or gift receipt cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
